Professional Field Line Marking. Petrol Powered. Done in Half the Time.

The Graco FieldLazer S100 is a walk-behind airless field marker built for Australian sports clubs that are serious about their grounds. Powered by a Honda GX35 petrol engine delivering 900 PSI of high-pressure airless spray technology, the S100 lays down crisp, professional lines up to four times faster than aerosol cans β€” using significantly less paint in the process. Load up an 18.9-litre bucket, fire it up, and mark a full field without stopping.

No charging. No batteries to manage. No limits on how long you run. The Honda engine starts reliably every time, works on any field regardless of access to power, and handles rough terrain on tall wheels that roll straight over uneven turf. For clubs that mark large grounds, multiple fields, or travel to away venues, the S100 is the machine that just works β€” every Saturday morning, season after season.

Graco FieldLazer S100 in action β€” same high-pressure airless technology, same crisp lines.

🎁 Included with every S100

Adjustable spray shield Β· Side marking arm Β· LineLazer V 421 reversible tip β€” everything you need to mark your first field straight out of the box.

Clubs Marking Large or Multiple Fields Football, soccer, cricket, and AFL clubs that mark full-size grounds every week. The S100's unlimited petrol runtime means you load up once and mark everything without stopping to swap batteries or find a power point.
Clubs That Travel to Away Venues Load it in the ute and mark wherever you are. No need to find a power source at a ground you've never been to before β€” petrol is available everywhere.
Clubs Replacing Aerosol Cans If your club is still marking with aerosol cans, the S100 will transform your Saturday mornings. Four times faster, significantly less paint cost, and lines that look genuinely professional. The machine pays for itself quickly.
Grounds Volunteers Who Want Reliable Equipment Volunteers shouldn't have to battle equipment on match morning. The S100 is straightforward to operate, easy to maintain, and built to Graco's professional standard β€” the same brand trusted by field marking crews worldwide.
Four times faster than aerosol cans 900 PSI high-pressure airless technology lays down a full field in a fraction of the time it takes with cans. A job that used to take half a Saturday morning is done before the first players arrive.
Significantly less paint per field Airless spray technology uses far less paint than aerosol cans to achieve the same coverage and brightness. Over a full season the savings in paint costs alone go a long way toward the cost of the machine.
Unlimited runtime β€” no charging required Fill the Honda GX35 and mark until you're done. Large grounds, multiple fields, away venues β€” the S100 keeps going as long as you do. No planning around battery charge cycles.
Crisp, straight lines every pass The adjustable spray shield and reversible FieldLazer tip deliver sharp, consistent lines in one smooth pass. No second runs, no patchy coverage, no embarrassing wobbly lines on match day.
Tall wheels handle rough terrain The large wheels roll straight over uneven turf, divots, and rough patches without disrupting the spray pattern. Consistent lines even on imperfect grounds.
Side marking arm included The included side marking arm lets you mark along fences, boundaries, and sidelines that a straight-behind machine can't reach cleanly. Useful for clubs with tight boundary lines or fenced grounds.
Graco quality β€” a trusted professional brand Graco has been manufacturing professional spray and marking equipment for decades. The FieldLazer S100 is recognised by field marking professionals as one of the top walk-behind field markers available β€” built to last and backed by genuine Graco parts and service support in Australia.

The S100 and the ES100 are essentially the same machine β€” same 900 PSI airless technology, same frame, same tall wheels, same bucket system, same quality of line. The only meaningful difference is the power source, and that decision comes down to how and where your club marks.

The S100 runs on petrol. Fill the tank and you can mark all day β€” multiple fields, back-to-back, no interruptions. There are no batteries to charge overnight, no risk of arriving at a ground and realising you forgot to plug in the charger, and no runtime anxiety mid-field. Petrol is available at any servo, at any venue, in any suburb in Australia. For clubs with large grounds, multiple fields, or volunteers who mark early on a Saturday before anyone else is around, petrol is the simpler choice.

The ES100 runs on two DeWALT FlexVolt batteries that charge in under 60 minutes and cover up to five soccer fields or a full footy oval per charge. It's quieter, lighter, produces no fumes, and is easier on the operator over a long session. For clubs marking a single field each week or facilities that need to mark early without waking the neighbourhood, battery makes a lot of sense.

If your weekly marking session fits comfortably within battery range, the ES100 is the better value choice. If unlimited runtime and zero battery management matters to your club's situation, the S100 is worth it.

Grant Funding β€” We Handle It End to End

Field marking equipment is regularly funded through state sport and recreation grants, local council community facility programs, and school facility upgrade funding. At Club Captain we help clubs find the right grant, scope the project, build a strong application, and submit with confidence. How much faster is the S100 than aerosol cans?

Four times faster. A field that takes a volunteer two to three hours with aerosol cans can typically be done in under an hour with the S100. The high-pressure airless system lays down consistent lines in one smooth pass without stopping to shake cans or deal with uneven coverage.

Should we get the S100 or the ES100?

If your club marks large grounds, multiple fields, or travels to away venues β€” the S100's unlimited petrol runtime makes it the simpler choice. If you mark a single field each week and want quieter, fume-free operation, the ES100 battery version handles that comfortably. Both use the same 900 PSI airless technology and produce the same quality of line. Call us on 1300 715 818 if you're not sure β€” we'll help you choose.

What paint does it use?

The S100 uses water-based line marking paint designed for grass fields. We recommend Truline Grass Gripper line marking paint β€” it's formulated specifically for Australian conditions, delivers bright long-lasting lines, and is compatible with the S100's airless spray system. Do not use oil-based or solvent-based paints.

How much paint does it use per field?

Significantly less than aerosol cans. The high-pressure airless system atomises the paint efficiently, delivering more coverage per litre than aerosol spray. Exact usage depends on line width, field size, and paint viscosity β€” but most clubs find their paint costs drop substantially after switching from cans to a machine like the S100.

Is it easy to operate?

Yes. The S100 is designed for use by club volunteers and groundskeeping staff without specialist training. Load the bucket, start the Honda engine, set your spray guide, and walk the line. Handlebar controls keep everything within reach during operation. Most first-time users are comfortable after one run on a practice strip.

How do we maintain it?

After each use flush the system with clean water to prevent paint drying in the pump and hose. Check the tip regularly and reverse it to clear any blockages β€” the reversible tip makes this a quick job in the field. Follow the Honda GX35 engine service schedule for oil and general engine maintenance. Graco parts and service are available Australia-wide.

Can it mark curved lines?

Yes β€” the S100 handles curved lines including centre circles, goal squares, and arcs. The machine follows the path you walk, so any line shape you can walk you can mark. For tight curves just slow your pace and keep the spray guide consistent.

What fields can it mark?

The S100 is designed for grass fields β€” AFL, soccer, football, rugby, cricket, and any other sport marked on natural turf. It is not designed for hard surfaces like asphalt or concrete. If you need to mark a carpark or hard court surface, that's a different machine β€” call us and we'll point you in the right direction.

What's the warranty?

The Graco FieldLazer S100 comes with Graco's standard manufacturer warranty. Graco parts and service support are available across Australia. Contact us after purchase if you need any warranty assistance and we'll help coordinate it.

Once your order is confirmed we get it moving straight away. The S100 ships free Australia-wide and you'll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse. If anything is unclear when it arrives β€” how to set up the tip, how to adjust the spray guide, how to flush the system after use β€” call us on 1300 715 818 and we'll walk you through it. We're here for the life of the machine, not just the sale.

Free shipping Australia-wide β€” metro, regional, and rural. No surprise freight costs at checkout. If you need the machine before a specific round or season start, let us know and we'll do our best to work around it.

Don't Forget the Paint

The S100 is only as good as the paint going through it. Truline Grass Gripper line marking paint is formulated specifically for airless field markers and Australian grass conditions β€” bright white coverage, durable lines that hold up through rain and heavy play, and the right viscosity to run cleanly through the S100's system without clogging or uneven spray. Every club that buys the S100 needs paint. Order together and you're ready to mark your first field the day it arrives.
