How long does the battery last?
Up to 40 minutes per set of 2 batteries in normal mode, and up to 26 minutes in boost mode. Four batteries come in the box — while two are powering the machine, the other two can be charging. The charger charges both batteries in 1 hour 45 minutes per pair.
What's the difference between normal mode and boost mode?
Normal mode runs the motor at 300W — ideal for general everyday cleaning across most surfaces. Boost mode ramps up to 450W for an instant surge of extra suction power when you hit a tough spot, heavily soiled area, or need more pull on thicker carpet. Boost mode uses more battery, so most operators use normal mode as the default and switch to boost when needed.
What surfaces does it work on?
