Is the whiteboard panel removable from the folder?

The whiteboard panel sits inside the folder and is designed to be used within it. It's not intended to be removed and used as a standalone board — for that, the Large Coach's Whiteboard is the better choice.

How many players can I manage with 25 name tags?

25 tags covers a standard team list for most sports. For AFL that's 22 players plus a few extras for interchange tracking. If you need more tags, contact us and we can discuss replacement or additional tag options from Sportsboards.

What's the difference between this and the Large Coach's Whiteboard?

The folder is a self-contained coaching kit — board, tags, clipboard, and marker all in one protected case. It's slightly smaller when open (37cm × 46cm vs 36cm × 46cm) and better suited to a coach who wants everything organised and together. The Large Coach's Whiteboard is a standalone board — bigger visual presence when held up to the team, double-sided, and easier to hold in one hand during a group talk. Many coaches use both — the folder for carrying everything and the board for the moments they need the whole team to clearly see what they're drawing.

My sport isn't listed — should I get the blank?

Yes. The blank variant has a plain whiteboard panel — you draw whatever layout you need each time. It's also a good option for multi-sport coaches who need flexibility across different sports during the same season.

Can I buy multiple folders for a whole coaching group?
