Professional Field Line Marking. Battery Powered. No Noise, No Fumes, No Limits.

The Graco FieldLazer ES100 is a battery-powered airless field marker built for Australian sports clubs that want professional line marking results without the noise, fumes, or ongoing fuel costs of a petrol engine. Powered by DeWALT 18V FlexVolt batteries delivering the same 900 PSI high-pressure airless spray technology as the petrol S100, the ES100 lays down crisp, bright lines up to four times faster than aerosol cans β€” quietly, cleanly, and without a run to the servo on Saturday morning.

Two fully charged batteries cover up to five soccer fields or a full footy oval in a single session. The DeWALT fast charger tops them up in under 60 minutes, meaning a quick charge between sessions keeps you going without long downtime. The fold-down handle fits easily in the back of a ute, and the tall wheels roll straight over rough and uneven turf without losing line quality. For clubs marking anything from one field a week to multiple fields in a noise-sensitive environment, the ES100 is the cleaner, quieter, and more affordable choice.

SG2 spray gun Β· FieldLazer RAC 5 421 tip Β· RAC 5 guard Β· 25ft hose Β· 2 x DeWALT 18V FlexVolt 6Ah batteries Β· DeWALT fast charger β€” ready to mark your first field straight out of the box.

Clubs Marking a Single Field Each Week Two fully charged batteries cover up to five soccer fields or a full footy oval per session β€” more than enough for most clubs with one or two grounds. Charge overnight, mark in the morning, done before the first player arrives.
Clubs in Noise-Sensitive Environments No engine noise means you can mark early morning or late evening without disturbing neighbours, nearby residents, or early arriving players. If noise complaints have ever been an issue, this solves it completely.
Clubs Replacing Aerosol Cans If your club is still marking with aerosol cans, the ES100 will transform the job. Four times faster, significantly less paint per field, and lines that look genuinely professional. Battery-powered convenience with professional airless results.
Volunteers Who Want the Simplest Possible Setup No fuel to buy, no engine to start, no choke to fiddle with. Charge the batteries, load the paint bucket, push the button and go. The ES100 is as straightforward as a field marker gets.
Same professional results as petrol β€” without the engine 900 PSI high-pressure airless technology delivers the same crisp, bright lines as the petrol S100. Battery power doesn't compromise the spray system β€” you get identical line quality at a lower price point.
Four times faster than aerosol cans The high-pressure airless system marks a full field in a fraction of the time aerosol cans take. A job that used to take hours is done before the first players arrive β€” with better results and less paint used.
No noise, no fumes, no vibration Battery operation is quiet enough to mark early morning or evening without complaints. No exhaust fumes means it's safe for covered facilities and easier on the operator over a long session.
DeWALT batteries charge in under 60 minutes The included DeWALT fast charger tops both batteries up in under an hour. Quick turnaround between sessions means no lengthy downtime waiting for charge β€” and both batteries are interchangeable with other DeWALT FlexVolt tools your club may already own.
Fold-down handle for easy transport and storage The fold-down handle drops the machine's profile for transport β€” fits easily in the back of a ute, SUV, or van. Compact enough to store in a shed or equipment room without taking up excessive space.
Tool-free pump replacement in the field The ProXChange pump replacement system lets you swap the pump without tools if needed β€” no waiting on a service centre, no losing a marking session to equipment downtime. Keep a spare pump on hand and you're back running in minutes.

The ES100 and S100 are the same machine in terms of marking technology β€” same 900 PSI airless system, same frame, same tall wheels, same bucket system, same quality of line. The only difference is power source. The ES100 runs on two DeWALT batteries that charge in under 60 minutes and cover up to five soccer fields or a full footy oval per charge. The S100 runs on a Honda GX35 petrol engine with unlimited runtime.

If your weekly marking session fits comfortably within battery range and noise or fumes are a consideration, the ES100 is the better value choice. If you mark multiple large fields, travel to away venues, or want zero battery management, the S100 is worth the extra cost.

Grant Funding β€” We Handle It End to End

Field marking equipment is regularly funded through state sport and recreation grants, local council community facility programs, and school facility upgrade funding. At Club Captain we help clubs find the right grant, scope the project, build a strong application, and submit with confidence. We provide itemised quotes formatted specifically to meet grant funding criteria.

How many fields can it mark on a full charge?

Two fully charged DeWALT FlexVolt batteries cover up to five soccer fields or one full footy oval in a single session. For most clubs marking one ground per week that's well within range. If you need more capacity, the DeWALT FlexVolt batteries are widely available and you can keep a spare set charged and ready.

How long do the batteries take to charge?

The included DeWALT fan-cooled fast charger charges both batteries in under 60 minutes. Charge them the night before, or top them up between sessions if needed. The fast charger is the same unit used across the DeWALT FlexVolt range so it's widely available if you ever need a replacement.

What paint does it use?

The ES100 uses water-based line marking paint designed for grass fields. We recommend Truline Grass Gripper line marking paint β€” formulated for Australian conditions, bright and long-lasting, and compatible with the ES100's airless spray system. Do not use oil-based or solvent-based paints.

Is it easy to operate?

Yes β€” the ES100 is designed for club volunteers without specialist training. Charge the batteries, load the paint bucket, set the spray guide, and go. Handlebar controls keep everything within reach and the no-tool line width adjustment means you can change settings on the fly. Most first-time users are comfortable after one practice run.

How do we maintain it?

After each use flush the system with clean water to prevent paint drying in the pump and hose. Reverse the RAC 5 tip to clear any blockages β€” a quick job that takes seconds in the field. Store batteries charged and keep them out of extreme heat. No engine oil, no fuel, no engine servicing required. Graco parts are available Australia-wide.

What's the warranty?

The Graco FieldLazer ES100 comes with Graco's standard manufacturer warranty. DeWALT batteries and charger are covered under DeWALT's standard warranty. Contact us after purchase if you need any warranty assistance and we'll help coordinate it.

Once your order is confirmed we get it moving straight away. The ES100 ships free Australia-wide and you'll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse. If anything is unclear when it arrives β€” how to set the line width, how to flush the system after use, how to store the batteries β€” call us on 1300 715 818 and we'll walk you through it. We're here for the life of the machine.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and confirmed before your order is processed. We deliver to metro, regional, and rural locations across Australia. If you need the machine before a specific round or season start, let us know and we'll do our best to work around it.

Don't Forget the Paint

The ES100 is only as good as the paint going through it. Truline Grass Gripper line marking paint is formulated specifically for airless field markers and Australian grass conditions β€” bright white coverage, durable lines that hold through rain and heavy play, and the right viscosity to run cleanly through the ES100's system without clogging or uneven spray. Every club that buys the ES100 needs paint. Order together and you're ready to mark your first field the day it arrives.
