One Machine. Every Line. Fields, Carparks, Courts, and More.
The Graco LineLazer ES 500 is a battery-powered airless line striper and the most capable line marking machine in Club Captain's range — built for clubs, schools, and facilities that need to mark more than just a grass field. Running at 3,300 PSI with all fluid passageways upgraded for fast-dry waterborne traffic paints, the ES 500 handles sports fields, carparks, hardcourts, warehouses, bike paths, stencils, and indoor surfaces — all from the same machine, without noise, fumes, or a petrol engine.
Two DeWALT FlexVolt batteries power through approximately 38 litres of paint per charge — enough to mark a full sports facility in a single session. For clubs and facilities that have outgrown a single-purpose field marker and need something that handles the whole property, the ES 500 is the step up that makes sense.

2 x DeWALT 54V FlexVolt batteries · DeWALT fast charger · LL5319 tip · RAC 5 517 tip · RAC 5 tip guard — ready to mark your first surface straight out of the box.
Sports Clubs with a Full Facility — Not Just a FieldIf your club has a carpark, hardcourts, a field, and a facility entrance that all need lines, the ES 500 handles every surface with one machine. No more separate equipment for hard surfaces and grass — one battery-powered striper does it all.
Schools Managing Multiple SurfacesOvals, hardcourts, carparks, pedestrian paths, and gymnasium floors — schools often have more line marking obligations than any other facility type. The ES 500 handles all of it battery-powered, quietly, and without fumes near students.
Community Recreation Centres and CouncilsMulti-purpose facilities managing carparks, indoor courts, outdoor courts, and playing fields across the same property. The ES 500 replaces multiple single-purpose tools with one professional machine that handles every surface.
Facilities Needing Indoor Line MarkingNo fumes means the ES 500 is safe for gymnasiums, indoor courts, warehouses, and any enclosed space. Quiet battery operation means you can work early morning or during off-peak hours without disrupting the facility or the people in it.
Marks every surface your facility has3,300 PSI and traffic paint-ready fluid passageways handle carparks, hardcourts, roads, warehouse floors, bike paths, and grass fields. One machine, every surface, no compromises.
Approximately 38 litres of paint per chargeTwo DeWALT FlexVolt batteries power through approximately 38 litres of paint on a full charge — enough for a complete facility marking session. Swappable batteries mean you can keep a spare set charged and continue without stopping for a full recharge.
No noise, no fumes — safe for any environmentBattery operation means the ES 500 can be used indoors, near students and players, early morning, and in any enclosed space where a petrol engine is not an option. Quiet enough to run without complaints from neighbours, residents, or facility users.
EasyMark gun adjustment — perfect setup every timeThe EasyMark gun adjustment system gives a consistent gun setup every time using a simple guide mark system. No guessing, no inconsistent lines from session to session — the gun is positioned correctly from the first pass.
Compatible with all DeWALT FlexVolt batteriesThe ES 500 works with any DeWALT 54V FlexVolt battery — if your club or facility already uses DeWALT tools you may already have compatible batteries on hand.
Eliminate ongoing contractor costsMany clubs and schools pay contractors to remark carparks and hard surfaces annually because they don't own the right equipment. The ES 500 brings that work in-house permanently. At typical contractor rates for carpark marking, the machine pays for itself within a few seasons.
The ES100 and S100 are grass field markers. They run at 900 PSI and are designed specifically for marking sports fields on natural turf. They do that job extremely well and are the right choice for clubs that only need to mark a grass oval or soccer pitch.
The ES 500 is a different class of machine. Running at 3,300 PSI with fluid passageways built for fast-dry traffic paints, it marks hard surfaces — carparks, roads, hardcourts, and warehouse floors — that the ES100 and S100 simply aren't designed for. It also marks grass fields, so for a club or facility that needs both, the ES 500 is the one machine that covers everything.
The ES 500 is a significant investment — and one that is regularly funded through facility upgrade and equipment grants available to Australian sports clubs, schools, and community organisations. State government sport and recreation grants, local council community facility programs, and school infrastructure funding have all been used to purchase professional line marking equipment at this level.
At Club Captain we help you identify the right grant, scope the application around the ES 500 and your facility's specific needs, and submit with confidence. We provide itemised quotes formatted for grant applications, school purchase orders, and committee approval — and we've helped clubs and schools go end to end through the process from shortlisting to approval.

Can the ES 500 mark both grass fields and carparks?
Yes — this is the core advantage of the ES 500 over the ES100 and S100. Running at 3,300 PSI with fluid passageways built for fast-dry traffic paints, it handles carparks, hardcourts, roads, and warehouse floors as well as grass sports fields. For a club or school that needs to mark both, the ES 500 is the one machine that covers everything.
What's the difference between the ES 500 and the ES100?
The ES100 is a 900 PSI grass field marker — it marks sports fields on natural turf and does that job very well. The ES 500 runs at 3,300 PSI with traffic paint-ready fluid passageways and marks any surface including hard surfaces the ES100 cannot handle. If you only need to mark grass fields the ES100 is the better value choice. If you have carparks, hardcourts, or any hard surface to mark, the ES 500 is the right machine.
How much can it mark on a full charge?
Two fully charged DeWALT FlexVolt batteries power through approximately 38 litres of paint — enough for a full facility marking session including a carpark and a sports field. Batteries are swappable, so keeping a spare set charged and ready means continuous operation without waiting for a recharge.
What paint does it use?
The ES 500 is designed for fast-dry waterborne traffic paints on hard surfaces — carpark marking paint, road line marking paint, and similar products. For grass fields it uses standard water-based line marking paint. We recommend Truline Grass Gripper for grass surfaces. For hard surface traffic paint, contact us and we'll point you to the right product for your application.
Can it be used indoors?
Yes — no fumes and quiet battery operation make the ES 500 safe for gymnasiums, indoor courts, warehouses, and any enclosed space. It's one of the key advantages over petrol-powered line stripers which cannot be safely used indoors.
Can it do stencils — disabled symbols, arrows, and signage?
Yes — the ES 500 handles stencil work on hard surfaces cleanly. Use the RAC 5 517 tip included with the machine for stencil applications. Secure the stencil with tape or weights, spray in light even coats, and keep the gun directly above the stencil for clean edges. For complex stencil work contact us and we'll advise on technique.
Is this eligible for grant funding?
Yes — professional line marking equipment at this level is regularly funded through facility upgrade and equipment grants available to clubs, schools, and community organisations. We help you find the right grant and build the application. Start with The Grant Playbook →
How do we maintain it?
After each use flush the system with clean water if using water-based paints, or the recommended solvent for other paint types. Apply Graco Pump Armour after flushing to lubricate and protect internal components during storage. Reverse the RAC 5 tip to clear blockages in the field without stopping. Store batteries charged and away from extreme heat. Graco parts and service support are available across Australia.
Can schools use purchase orders?
Yes — we accept school purchase orders and provide itemised quotes formatted for principal approval, school procurement, and grant applications. Request a Quote →
Once your order is confirmed we get it moving straight away. You'll receive tracking as soon as it leaves the warehouse. If anything is unclear when it arrives — setup, tip selection for your surfaces, or maintenance — call us on 1300 715 818 and we'll walk you through it. We're here for the life of the machine.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We deliver to metro, regional, and rural locations across Australia. If you need the machine before a specific date — a season start, a facility opening, or a grant acquittal deadline — let us know and we'll do our best to work around it.
Don't Forget the Paint
For grass field marking, pair the ES 500 with Truline Grass Gripper line marking paint — formulated specifically for airless field markers and Australian grass conditions. Bright white coverage, durable lines that hold through rain and heavy play, and the right viscosity to run cleanly through the ES 500 without clogging.
